• A major structural or functional change has been requested after project initiation, significantly altering the original project scope.

• The client decides to cancel the project due to personal reasons, including business closure, rebranding, or internal company changes.
If a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions, they may be eligible for a 50% refund after discussion with their assigned Project Manager. Refund approval will be at the sole discretion of Business Website LLC’s management and will be considered final and binding.
7.2 Refund Policy for Service Bundles
If a client purchases a web development or marketing package but is dissatisfied with a specific service, a refund will only be applicable to that individual service and not the entire package.
